The  International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Statute came into force 29 July 1957.

NPT 24kb, Article X covers provisions for States to withdraw from Treaty obligations.

INFCIRC/66 116 kb, was developed from 1965 to 1968.

All five nuclear weapon states (NWS) have concluded voluntary offer agreements with the IAEA.
