Ambassador Roland Timerbaev, a former Soviet diplomat, has participated in negotiation of the NPT, the ABM Treaty, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Safeguards system, the Threshold Test Ban Treaty, the PNE Treaty and in the establishment of the Nuclear Suppliers Group.
Euratom is the European Atomic Energy Community, comprised of members of the European Union.
